Idaly Rios is an associate attorney in ScottHulse’s transactional section. Her practice focuses on tax, real estate, corporate and securities, and banking, lending, and financial institutions.
Ms. Rios earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was a research assistant, a Volunteer Income Tax Assistant, and a clinician in the University’s Community Development Law Clinic. While in law school, Ms. Rios clerked for the Law Offices of Destiny Aigbe in Washington, D.C., and a personal injury firm in El Paso.
Born and raised in El Paso, Ms. Rios earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at El Paso, where she was an ambassador for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas Collegiate Advisory Board. She is also a graduate of the UTEP Law School Preparation Institute. During her undergraduate studies, she was a legal assistant at two law firms in El Paso.
