The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual with strong writing skills and experience with legal research, analysis and drafting of complex memoranda, correspondence, motions, and briefs in the context of employment disputes. The ideal candidate will also have some litigation experience and an interest to serve regional, national, and global employers.

Outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Texas Bar required; New Mexico Bar a plus. A federal district court or circuit court of appeals clerkship is also a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills and ties to El Paso are desirable.
