Ortega, a partner at the ScottHulse law firm, recently presented on the topic, “Cross Border Discovery,” at the State Bar of Texas 35th Annual Advanced Evidence and Discovery course in Dallas. Mr. Ortega spoke on the application of international treaties to obtain evidence from foreign nationals in U.S. lawsuits.
Mr. Ortega is a shareholder and member of the Firm’s board of directors. His practice focuses on litigation, appeals, and labor and employment law.
